LSETF and partners are offering unemployed Lagos residents a fully sponsored fashion training plus a paid internship—applications are open via an online form.
Applications are now open for the fully sponsored LSETF 3-Month Free Fashion Training Programme, delivered by OSC College of Fashion in partnership with the IshK Tolaram Foundation, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), and the Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment.
The programme is designed to equip unemployed Lagos residents with practical fashion and garment production skills that can lead to employment or self-employment. Participants will undergo three months of classroom training, followed by at least three months of paid internship. Successful participants will also receive a certificate upon completion.

Eligibility (Who Can Apply)
Applicants must:
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Be currently unemployed
- Be a resident of Lagos State
- Have at least SSCE/WAEC
- Be available full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) for six months
- No previous sewing experience required
- Master’s degree holders and above are not eligible
